  • The product has reached the international advanced level, reliable performance and ensured to be a whole new product.
  • Product manufacturers have good quality assurance system, process equipment capability and testing means.
  • The Seller guarantees that the goods will run well during their service life under correct installation, normal operation and maintenance conditions.
  • During the life of the goods, the Seller shall be responsible for the faults caused by defects in design, process and materials.
  • All goods are guaranteed for one year. During the guaranteed period, the seller repairs them free of charge and is responsible for replacing defective parts/whole goods.
  • Party A shall provide timely and accurate technical data, drawings, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract, and shall randomly (material or goods) provide factory test reports, product certificates and packing lists of the goods.
  • The Seller shall provide technical services such as installation, commissioning, operation guidance and technical training of the goods in accordance with the terms of the contract.
